The staff were incredibly friendly, making the hotel a perfect stopover right near the cruise terminal.

The location is excellent, parking is easy, the staff are great, and the food is good—nothing really to complain about.

The hotel was very kid‑friendly, yet the cot wasn’t set up in our room, and when I called reception they claimed there was no record of our request even though it had been confirmed shortly after booking. The children’s play area needs more frequent cleaning, especially the carpets, and better ventilation would help; a no‑shoes rule would make it safer for babies to crawl. Because of these cleanliness issues, we didn’t feel comfortable letting our baby crawl there.
