“Tranquilo y agradable lugar”
The location was calm and fully equipped for comfort, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The only hiccup was that on the first day the hot water was off due to maintenance, but once I mentioned it they resolved it promptly.
The property was comfortable, spacious, and welcoming, with spotless bathrooms and well‑equipped facilities, including heating. I would have liked breakfast to be included in the room rate.
“Günstig, aber man muss zu Abstrichen bereit sein”
The price was very low and the place was well situated. However, it was very loud, and the lovely courtyard invited people to linger, so noise levels rose at all times of day, even in the rooms that face the courtyard. The Wi‑Fi worked on only one of three days, the towels were a personal nightmare and urgently needed replacement. The staff tried to be helpful, often saying “don’t worry about it” or “I’ll take care of it,” yet none of my concerns were ever resolved 😄

I was given a two‑floor room, which turned out to be an upgrade and I appreciated that. The upstairs room had small windows overlooking the city. The shower was powerful and hot, perfect after trekking, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal, close to the square and many cafés, bars, and restaurants. Nothing negative.
