The vibe was great, but the air conditioning kept glitching until the evening when someone finally fixed it.

We stayed at Yello Hotel again and it still tops our list for quick getaways to Batam. The room was spotless and comfy, and the staff made us feel right at home. A free shuttle to the ferry terminal was a huge bonus. The hotel is close to Morning Bakery, a seafood spot, Circle K, and Alphamart. We could drop our bags in the lobby, and when we asked for an extra pillow it arrived fast. Each room has a fridge and we got two free canned drinks. Late‑check‑out was only 100k for an hour, which is reasonable. The smart TV offered Netflix and YouTube. From the Yello Urban Xtra Room we saw the bay and city; it was spacious enough for two adults and two kids. The only downside was that rooms weren’t ready before 2 pm, so early arrivals had to wait.

The location, the clean staff, and the food were all solid. The massage room felt a bit cramped.
