My husband and I had a brilliant three‑night stay at Hotel Urban. The room was lovely, beautifully furnished, and spotless; the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was also very quiet at night. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to suit everyone. The hotel sits in the old part of the city, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and various tourist attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Hotel Urban. Highly recommended!

It’s a very good place, the staff are professional, the breakfast selection is large, and everything is almost flawless. It would be hard to find any fault.

Best meat restaurant in Romania. Big rooms. Everything was excellent, especially when you fly the next morning from Cluj Napoca Airport.

Everything was very good: the location, the friendly staff, the atmosphere of the hotel, the comfortable beds, the good breakfast, and the free parking in the courtyard. The price was also reasonable for what was offered. Nothing to complain about.
