Security mattered since we had our son’s new vehicle loaded with machines; we could park inside under cover and walk to dinner. The restaurant The Plattelander around the corner was wonderful. The shower was big and hot water was plentiful. I left my earrings behind and Desmond retrieved them in the morning, keeping them until a friend could pick them up a week later—thanks, Desmond. The carpet looked a little grubby and we only had one bath towel, but otherwise everything was good.
