Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly. When we got there after an early start and a long morning of travel, lunch was already being served. The menu was small but exactly what we needed for a wholesome meal, and as a vegetarian I was thrilled. Breakfasts are absolutely delicious and fabulous. The only real issue is how hard it is to stop eating everything offered. The food is so fresh, well cooked or baked, and the coffee is excellent. The rooms were very quiet even though the hotel sits on a busy street, and the beds were super comfy; the rooms and en‑suite were spotless. A kettle, tea, coffee, and bottled water were also provided. I can’t think of anything negative; we were all very impressed.

The spot is spot-on, everything’s close, and getting to the airport is pretty straightforward with lines 61 and 60. The room is fully loaded with little touches that make you feel cared for :-) The staff are super helpful, friendly, and always smiling :-) And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! A huge variety and really tasty! Don’t be fooled by the small size at first glance—it's totally worth it :-)

The staff were lovely, the place was super clean, the breakfast was lovely, and the old town is only a 5‑minute walk. We got a champagne on arrival. The beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It was lovely. We stayed in room 304 overlooking the front of the hotel, very quiet. A taxi to the airport cost 5 euros and took 11 minutes for our early‑morning flight. A taxi to the main train station was 3 euros and we went to Vienna for the day; a return ticket for two cost 36 euros and took 1 hour. After getting off the train in Vienna, we hopped on the U1 metro at the same station, three stops to Stephanplatz takes 5 minutes and we’re in the centre of Vienna. Brilliant day out! You can also go to Budapest and many other places. It’s so easy to navigate. Back to the hotel, perfection! Leaving!
