The new furniture, the reception’s kindness, the shuttle driver, good housekeeping, and a safe neighbourhood were all appreciated. The downside: it was very noisy, especially at night—four out of five nights were noisy until 02:30, caused by guests from the hotel’s restaurant and bar, who seemed to have an advantage over other hotel guests and made noise after midnight, making it hard to sleep after a full day in Naples.

Breakfast was good, but the building was poorly maintained inside, and the windows that couldn't be opened were not cleaned.
