The garden is beautifully laid out with various seating spots under pavilions, playground equipment, a trampoline, and a foosball table, plus a wonderful pool with lounge chairs and a view over the rolling landscape all the way to the sea—truly paradise! The apartment on the first floor was charming, modern, and very clean. It’s not far from the sea, pizzerias, and a supermarket in the nearby town of S. Giovanni i. M. The air conditioning costs an extra 10 € per day, but we could keep the apartment cool enough with the windows closed. Roberta and her family were very friendly, and we’d love to return. A few mosquitoes were around, but the window nets helped a lot.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished, especially convenient for families with kids who can play and swim there. The location is quiet and pleasant, and the hosts are very kind and friendly. We felt very comfortable and would gladly recommend the place. The downside was that the air conditioning was a bit small or insufficient for the whole apartment, so it got quite warm inside even with the AC running.

The spot is a lovely location, a bit higher up giving a nice view. It’s a 10‑minute drive to the sea and has basic facilities right around the corner. We were a bit surprised that only one bedroom had air conditioning, but we managed by opening the other rooms. We also had some ant trouble, but after reporting it the owners addressed it immediately and we had no more issues.

“Wunderbar”

A paradise for those seeking peace, with a great large pool and a huge garden featuring a playground, well‑equipped, and the host family is very nice and warm! It’s not far from the sea and quickly reachable by car. There are grill options in the garden. Everything was perfect—absolutely recommendable if you love nature and tranquility.
