We had a fantastic stay from the moment we arrived, feeling very comfortable right away. That evening we were greeted warmly by Ahmed and Sean, who calmly showed us around, introduced us to our room, and gave us helpful tips for the next day and for exploring Cairo. A special thank you to Madonna, who attended to us at breakfast every morning with great hospitality, always checking if we needed anything and making us feel truly welcome. The room was very clean, the location excellent, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The 24‑hour reception was another big plus, with someone always available to give useful tips and genuine insider recommendations for Cairo. A highlight was the rooftop terrace where breakfast was served; from there we could see a wonderful view of Cairo and get an authentic feel for city life. We especially liked that the terrace was accessible at all times, so we could sit there in the evenings and enjoy a beer bought at Drinkies while looking over the city. Overall, we felt very welcomed and would choose this place again anytime. Thanks especially to Ahmed, Sean, and Madonna for the warm care and great stay in Cairo! 😊

“Parfait”

We stayed at Holy Sheet Plus for the second time in two years and we do not regret our choice at all. As we told the manager, this place feels like home when we’re in Cairo. The biggest highlight is the hotel’s location – Talaat Harb is central, lively, and full of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Ahmed at reception welcomed us very well; an hour before we arrived on the road, he offered to send an employee to wait outside to help with our luggage. He greeted us with a smile and great kindness, doing everything to make our stay easier, not forgetting Seif at reception, who was very friendly, pleasant, and efficient whenever I sent messages to print documents for work, and I found them waiting at reception. Thank you so much to everyone. Upon arrival, Mr. Aymen, the owner who so beautifully imagined this place, was informed of our second visit and sent fruit baskets to our room as a welcome gesture, which touched me deeply. Thank you very much, Mr. Aymen; your generosity reflects the beauty of your hotel. Nothing to complain about, keep it up – you’re really top. After my first experience I didn’t expect to do better, and the second was even better.
