Nothing. Staff behaviour was very bad like batmizi, and I was booked AC room for 3 days, hotel staff has switched off the AC from man electric point and when we ask what is the problem with Ac they said Load Shading problem but actually they was lier. We need room for more 2 days but no can chose Hotel de gand we choose another. In short hotel de grand service is very bad and again said staff not good

Mr. Shakir at front desk is very nice and good co-operative pwrson. The day time 2nd floor oldman is not good in service

I paid an extra Pkr 2000 at reception to use the AC. In the surrounding area there are better hotels at lower prices with better facilities. The place smelled bad, the bathrooms were dirty, and the approach to the hotel was poor. The contact number was wrong, and overall it was not worth the money.

I loved how close the hotel is to every attraction, and honestly, I liked everything.

This place isn’t suitable for families; the room smelled so bad that I had to cancel my reservation, and the overall family environment was just poor.
