The rooms were well maintained and the AC, TV, and refrigerator worked fine, yet there were no cupboards in the room.

At first they told me the booking was there and rooms were available, but then they automatically cancelled our stay even after I called to confirm availability; they cancelled the booking in the app and later said the rooms were full.
