“Perfect.”
Check‑in and breakfast booking were smooth, the food was good, the place was very clean and welcoming, parking was safe and very good, and the value for money was top class. It was perfect.
It was easy to find and close to Keswick, but there was no light outside the room in the car park, and the key‑code door lock on the main entrance didn’t work.
The room and bathroom were nice, but the shared spaces were just basic.
Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable, but there was no interaction with the hosts at all, it felt like a self‑service B&B with no daily housekeeping as advertised throughout our stay.
The place felt comfortable and pleasant, yet it lacked any personal flair.
