“New apartment with very limited services”

Nice new building with modern rooms, a comfy bed, a good view from the balcony with seating, an excellent bathroom, plenty of apartment space, and an area to store bags before check‑in (albeit insecure). Water and towels were provided every day. The kitchen was very sparsely provisioned and missing basic things like drinking glasses. Check‑in was by robot and the very limited human interactions were not great. The bedroom space was very tight, and the room lighting and air‑conditioning system were very complicated.

The staff were very friendly, the location is exceptional with a great view and close to many good restaurants. A special thanks to the guy at reception who helped me with the washing machine. I was missing some cutlery and glasses in the kitchen, but otherwise it was great.

“Se deve essere lusso va migliorato molto”

The apartment was very nice, clean, and bright with a breathtaking sea view and surrounding restaurants and markets. It was far from the nightlife and the center, hard to find and understand where the reception was located. I didn't like the semi‑automatic reception concept and it was very annoying that I couldn't get large towels for the shower, only small ones—even on request—so taking a shower became impossible. Finally, the bedroom was cramped, the beds were small and uncomfortable.
