“Po prostu niewarty swojej ceny.”
At first glance the room and the whole hotel look nice, just like the pictures, and everything in the room worked properly. The housekeeping staff are friendly. The bathroom is fairly well equipped with toiletries – toothbrushes, ear picks, etc. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel; it isn’t worth its price, and the word “luxury” in its name is an abuse. Around the hotel there’s a lot of trash, which really spoils its image. The walls in the rooms aren’t sound‑proofed, so you can hear conversations from neighboring rooms and the hallway doors creak. There are no towel hooks in the room or bathroom. Parking is hard to call a parking lot. The road slope ends halfway with asphalt, so without an SUV you can easily damage the suspension. When we arrived we found hair on the floor; the room wasn’t cleaned well. The finish uses the cheapest materials. The floor creaks with every step, the panels are worn, and you can find paint stains on the floor. The breakfast selection was extremely limited. Moreover, coffee isn’t included in the price and you have to pay extra for it, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be luxurious. The service was not great; no one asked about the stay during the stay, and at check‑in the conversation with the receptionist in English was difficult, and it was hard to get information about where the “parking” is.
