Being closer to Beijing airport was a plus, but airport shuttles should be arranged around the clock if possible if a guest requests before a few days with manageable time for the hotel.

Quiet, 20 minutes walk from a line 15 subway, staff were friendly and helpful, but the men’s toilets stank of smoke. The music in both lifts literally did not change in 11 nights. It gets a bit much when you’re traveling from the 8th floor six‑eight times a day, hearing the same piano on repeat. I’m sure we got bites from the room carpet. Needs a deep clean.

The room was clean; the bed was comfortable; great choice of food for breakfast. I booked an airport shuttle through the hotel, but when I arrived, no one was there to meet me. When I called reception, they simply told me the driver had left, forcing me to take an expensive taxi. Since the hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the airport in a fairly remote area, this was a highly stressful start to my trip. Check-in was equally frustrating. The staff did not speak English and failed to explain basic details like breakfast times or Wi-Fi info. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was incredibly weak and kept dropping. Overall, a very poor experience with communication and basic service

The hotel looks very old and that shows everywhere. Rooms have spots of damage that are either patched poorly or not fixed at all. Hallways and their rugs are wavy, dark, and generally uninviting. The facilities are only average, and the restaurants are fine but not impressive. There’s nothing nearby; the only nearby transport is a train station you can walk to, which feels like a consolation. We booked because of the proximity to the airport and paid a high price, but the airport is still not walkable, so that advantage disappears. The shuttle couldn’t pick us up because we arrived too early, and it couldn’t drop us off because we left too late—so it was useless. No alternative was offered, so we had to call a taxi ourselves. The service was mediocre. In this price range I expected much more. Overall, this hotel isn’t even half the value of its price. Definitely not recommended.
