Our time at Laya Resort Phuket turned out to be truly exceptional; the whole property radiated a beautiful vibe, the service was superb and the hospitality felt genuine. We especially want to shout out Yaya, Liya, Victoria and Ploy – they were constantly friendly, attentive, helpful and always wore a smile, making our stay unforgettable with their warm and professional care. Every request was met instantly and we felt looked after from start to finish; such a level of service is rarely encountered and it’s exactly what makes a hotel special. We’d gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend Laya Resort Phuket – thank you for a wonderful period!

The staff were wonderful—every single person we met or crossed paths with was respectful, kind, and always welcoming. Net, the waiter, stood out; he greeted us each morning and made sure my partner got exactly the ice he wanted in a tall cup—thanks for putting up with him, Net! We’ll always remember you and the breakfast staff who greeted us at the door. The only negative was that the location was far from everything on some days.
