The location is central for my activities, and the staff were very friendly. However, the mattress had obvious wear and tear, the fitted sheet had holes, the bedding was clean but had bloodstains, there was only one large shower towel, no soap dispenser in the bathroom, the bed itself needed to be made, there was no Wi‑Fi in the room, and all that for over 60 EUR per night!

The small kitchen with refrigerator and dining room lets guests prepare their own meals. The large, bright room offers a valley view. Arriving in the evening, it would be better to have a few more lights around the building and the entrance.

Super stop on the Rennstein/Werraradweg. The bike storage was not available when I arrived because the staff were no longer on site; I was late.
