The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and right in front of the commercial area. In the late afternoon and evening, loud music blares from the lobby and can be heard in the rooms, making it hard to rest; it was very annoying. During the last two nights I was moved to the 8th floor and the music stopped.

1.- La comida definitivamente se lleva las palmas. Era como si estuvieras comiendo en una fondita real mexicana. Varias opciones de alimentación (carne, pollo, pescado), las cremas BUENÍSIMAS, y los postres, excelentes. 2.- La atención del personal de animación. Todos muy alegres, atentos y cordiales, especialmente de Fernanda y otro chico morenito. 3.- La cama es COMODISIMA! Es como dormir en una nubecita esponjosa. Es grande, súper agradable y te permite un excelente descanso. Lo mismo para las almohadas. 4.- Un ambiente muy familiar. 1.- La atención del personal no es la más atenta. Uno tiene que hablarle a los meseros para que se acerquen, sino, no te ponen atención. 2.- Los cupos para cenas de especialidad son muy reducidos y tienes tiempos muy específicos de reserva, si no lo haces dentro de este tiempo, ya no es posible asistir. No manejan una lista de espera tampoco. 3.-A su vez muchas cosas tienen costo extra: el Room service, mini cafeteria y las opciones para bebidas con alcohol son muy reducidas. 4.- Las opciones de snacks son muy pequeñas, sólo tienen hot dogs, hamburguesas, nuggets y nachos. Pizza, sólo bajo reserva. 5.- Las bebidas, muy malas. Tienen muy pocas opciones de bebidas con alcohol en el todo incluído que se consume. A su vez, las que tienen y preparan se sienten muy artificiales y tampoco tienen menú
