The hotel is extremely old, with poor cleaning and facilities that leave a lot to be desired. It was sweltering hot, and when we asked for a fan they brought one that barely worked. A shouting match on the street prevented us from resting. We will definitely not return.

The building is old but the cleanliness is amazing—no dust, no hair on the floor, and the sheets were immaculate white. The reception was top‑class, very friendly and accommodating.

Functional hotel and close to the port, right in Santa Cruz. When I arrived the room smelled closed and it was clear the hotel was quite old and not updated.

The location is good. The interior room was not very clean and the heating oven made it impossible to sleep without air conditioning, which at this age of building should have been available but wasn’t. I do not recommend it.
