“Bed is comfy and shuttle is timely. If you have needs beyond that, stay elsewhere.”
We stayed twice, once for vacation and once for departure. The airport shuttle was the best part. The Wi‑Fi was the worst we’ve ever had in years of traveling—unsecured, unreliable, and weak. The front desk struggled to connect my phone to their network. Lighting was inconsistent with random switches, plus a master switch that cuts power to lights, TV, outlets, fridge, and AC. The fridge stayed warm, the AC had no instructions, and closed captions on the TV didn’t work. The remote’s buttons were worn and non‑functional. The bathroom door was huge and heavy. The menu offered very little for vegetarians, and the waitstaff were extremely slow; on two occasions a waiter vanished after we finished, forcing us to go to the front desk to settle the bill. The hotel sits in the middle of nowhere, with no nearby food or other options to walk to.
