I stayed in a quiet room at the back, close to the metro station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean with a good, warm shower, and the breakfast was definitely worth recommending: fresh, varied, typical Indonesian but not overly spicy. Nothing negative.

The central location was convenient, and the front desk happily switched us to rooms on the same floor; the beds were undeniably comfortable, the TV worked well, and the fridge was functional, so overall the stay had no issues. However, the rooms feel dated, the furniture and towels are old, and there are no hand towels in the bathroom. The A/C blows in only one direction, so it takes time to cool the room, which could be improved, but given the price we paid it was fair.
