I booked and when I arrived in the morning I was shocked by the reception; I told the employee that I had a reservation and she interrupted me, saying the hotel policy forbids entry until 2 pm, which is absurd because all other hotels let guests check in immediately; furthermore, the room I booked was empty, so why wait until noon? This was a bad experience that I hope never happens again.
