It’s a simple accommodation, but everything matches the description. The hosts gave a warm welcome and it’s good value for money. It’s close to the cable‑car station, but far from other city attractions and sits on a steep hill. The busy road right under the windows makes it noisy, so it’s not a quiet spot.

The family‑style pension has a cozy room setting, a garden, a kitchen available, a bus stop next to the house, and a pleasant owner. The pension is on a busy road, the bathroom is small but adequate.

The kind owner immediately told us where to go for outings and where to walk our dog. We really appreciate the pet‑friendly attitude. The pension is on the road, but that gives great car access (free parking) and it’s also a good starting point for hikes. The owner gave us a good map of the area, which let us avoid walking on the street. The bus stop is right by the pension. On the day of arrival, hot water didn’t come through, but the next day it was fine.

Staying close to the Černá Hora ski lift, the accommodation was beautiful and everything in Janské Lázně was reachable on foot.
