The hotel sits above a service station. A strong, unpleasant odor filled the room. The shower sprayed onto the wall instead of the occupants. The toilet overflowed onto the floor. The bathroom mirror lights had been removed and not replaced. The room was not sound‑proofed at all, and we heard trucks all night. The bathroom window didn’t close, allowing the noisy street traffic to intrude.

We were extremely happy with our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. Whatever we needed, they were always ready to help immediately and made us feel very welcome. We can highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

The staff was amazing!! They went out of their way to purchase a clothing iron for me. Service was perfect! Nothing, everything including staff was great!

Very good room and bathroom. The staff only spoke Albanian, but they tried politely.
