I tried to find something, but there was nothing I can say. I was shocked by the extremely poor hygiene standards of the room at check‑in; the housekeeping staff had clearly not changed the bedsheets and blanket from the previous guest. I was deeply disturbed to find hair that appeared to be pubic hair inside the blanket and on the bedsheets, which is absolutely unacceptable and poses a serious health and sanitation issue. Moreover, the facilities and amenities inside the room were neglected and broken.
