The location is excellent, right inside the famous Blue Gate; walking into the old town takes about 5 minutes, and parking is convenient for cars and for exploring the old town. Breakfast was good, and on the morning we headed to the desert they even started breakfast early for us. The rooms were clean and tidy. Dining on the rooftop gives a great view of Fes old town, which is awesome. A big thank you to Mohamed and Mustapha for moving our luggage and preparing breakfast, always busy. I regret not remembering to tip. The rooms are a bit small, the floor is high and there is no elevator. Like in Marrakech, you need a porter to bring your luggage into the Riad. It’s not a disappointment, but it’s something to keep in mind.

The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. The airport transfer to the Riad worked out perfectly, and special requests like an earlier breakfast were no problem at all. We felt very comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend this Riad.

The place is amazing, right in the Medina. The rooms are clean and the hosts are 10/10—would recommend to anyone. Breakfast on the roof terrace is also wonderful.

“Very underwhelming, considering the price”

The interior is gorgeous, breakfast was really good, and the terrace offers a nice view. Two staff members were very welcoming. The bathroom had no cold water and was flooding from a leaking pipe. Card payment wasn’t available, so with the high price we had to use a large portion of our exchanged money. The room we stayed in had a section with a window that couldn’t be covered, so it gets very bright as soon as the sun rises; you can’t sleep past 8 if you’re light‑sensitive. Two rooms on the ground floor are right next to the reception, making it impossible to sleep late because of the noise. One staff member was not very professional.
