The large bath was great, and having different types of hair dryers to try was a nice touch. Breakfast included side dishes and the French toast was tasty.

The room felt clean and was a plus. However, check‑in was late and I wish there were a microwave for quick snacks from the convenience store.

The large bath was cozy yet clean and comfortable to use. I appreciated the Refine shower head and Dyson hair dryer. The breakfast staff were all friendly, making the morning meal enjoyable.

The breakfast was outstanding—I could easily call it the best breakfast in Tsukuba—but I was unsettled by the layout that let diners peek into the bathroom and vice versa; the staff said it was meant to create a spacious feel and let you watch TV from the bath, which didn’t make sense and felt like a missed opportunity for such a fine hotel.
