The location was fine, but my partner and I were given two single beds of different heights, which were still comfortable.

The bed was comfortable and let us rest, but the room was too small, the bathroom was also cramped, and we weren’t in the room we booked because we were moved to a dirty room from the previous night’s guests. We noticed this when we opened the door with the key they gave us. The stairs had limited accessibility, and most importantly, no one knocked before cleaning, so you can easily be caught in a small mistake. Also, the checkout time is 11:00 am, but they opened the door at 9:30 am and didn’t apologize. The door also didn’t close properly.

The spot was spot‑on, everything was spotless, and the bed was pretty comfy, but the room felt a bit cramped for two people.

The location was practically unbeatable, the bed was super comfy, and the room was clean; overall hospitality was great and the house itself was very quiet. Some folks complain about outside noise, but I don’t mind; I guess they expect a room with a window facing the plaza de la corredera. The room doors are very old and unsafe; I had to figure out how to lock and unlock my door because the knob and latch were in terrible shape. The door could be kicked in, so the room feels insecure even though the house seems safe. They could gradually invest in better doors.
