The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean. However, when I set the air conditioner to warm it started smoking, and the smoke alarm kept going off. I called the front desk, but the phone had no dial tone. They had no more double‑bed rooms, so I kept the air on cold.

I normally never stay in hotels, but this place had a great location, a pleasant atmosphere, and was clean.

Mold was everywhere. Smoking in the building—cigarettes and pot—filled the hallways for the entire 3‑day stay. The building needs serious cleaning. The rooms were filthy, with dried bloody boogers on the wall next to our bed. Everything about the room was disgusting. On the last day we woke up to ants covering the room. When we checked out, Kenny was rude, saying that because we hadn’t complained at check‑in he wouldn’t take our complaint seriously. We couldn’t switch hotels because our whole family was there for a reunion. No apology, no refund—he said no refunds are possible when you book. He was rude, unprofessional, and had zero hospitality skills. Short story: do not stay here. You can get a better stay elsewhere for half the price.

The swimming area and fitness center were amazing, but you have to ask the front desk for pool towels—none were available at the pool. My room was very dirty, with gross boogers and hair stuck to the bathroom wall, grimey hand marks and streaks on the walls, and suspicious brown spatter by the toilet. The jet bath in my suite didn’t work. The front desk was odd and didn’t tell me right away that pets weren’t allowed in the suite I paid for; after they charged me a pet deposit, they sent me to a tiny room that was nothing like what I had paid for. They corrected it after I complained and asked for the room I had paid for.

The location was good, right between where I had to be. My room was not clean—I think they forgot to vacuum and wash out the fridge and microwave. The tile floors had stains all over them. I brought sanitizer and Clorox wipes and cleaned everything.
