The room was upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing view and balcony; the pool was superb with a view (watch the hours, there can be many kids); the restaurant was also very good, and there was nothing to complain about during our stay.

The property was very well located for our cruise in Ha Long Bay, the breakfast was excellent, the reception gave us good restaurant recommendations, and we would recommend it without hesitation; no issues.

We really liked the helpful staff, the room, breakfast, and dinner. The staff also recommended a good seafood restaurant near the hotel. We could take the nice Ambassador Cruise, a 10‑minute walk from the hotel. No complaints.
