The property was chosen because it’s near Fendt Lodge, but the room had an overwhelming mold smell, was very dated with an old toilet that had brown spots, and advertised as sleeping 6 yet only fit four; the hallways hadn’t been vacuumed.

It’s close to the interstate, but the bathroom fan didn’t work, the lights over the sink were out, the cold water made a horrible noise and barely dribbled out, and the bed was uncomfortable.

This place was great Laid back atmosphere as long as you were respectful to the other guest! Super Super clean Front desk was an absolute delight Hot tub and pool were great!! There's a little pub with fresh made pizzas 12 different ones all to die for!! The Hospitality he was GREAT!!

I stayed for a family reunion and it was a convenient spot, but when I went for breakfast in the morning there was no coffee, the room and bathroom felt like they were being updated, and the bathroom shower lacked handicap protection.
