The owner is cheerful and always greets guests warmly, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—you can see the rotating bridge from your room window, almost like sitting in a café. The cable car station is just a five‑minute walk away. Both dinner and breakfast were generous and delicious. Note that the hotel has no elevator, but staff will help carry luggage. If you’re driving, parking is about a three‑ to five‑minute walk away.

The spot is unbeatable, overlooking the river. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the onsen was great, and the meals were excellent. They even supplied yukatas for us to wear. Truly first‑class.

入住期间，先生突然腰疼，行动不便。酒店方面帮忙拿来冰敷袋；将餐食送到楼上；并在离开酒店时开车送往车站。

部屋の窓が二方にあり 部屋から廻旋橋が目の前に見えて最高のロケーションで 廻旋橋がどこよりも近く 天の橋立をすぐに散策出来る宿です 徒歩1分で 智恩寺への参拝も出来ます 料理は 味も見た目も最高でした. 楽しみの一つの 風呂が 狭く 洗い場は3箇所で湯船も 小さい風呂が3箇所で 他の利用者と被ったら ゆっくり出来ない感じでした ２名での利用でしたので 他の方が１名来られたので 気を遣って １名ずつの 半外？の風呂に移動し ドライヤーを使う化粧台の椅子も１個でしたので 先に出られるのを待ちました 一人は椅子に一人は立位になるので 部屋に帰り部屋のドライヤーを使用しました 着替え中 又別の方が入って来られたので ４名同時なら 厳しかったです
