The hotel’s location made getting to my destination a breeze, but the room and the whole property were uncomfortably hot. I had booked a breakfast‑included plan yet never received the meal voucher, and although I ate the breakfast anyway, it was rather disappointing in my opinion.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. The property used to be well‑maintained, but now it feels very outdated. I altered my entire travel route from Canada to Texas just to visit this hotel again for the Sunday brunch that was included in my booking last year, only to find out it’s no longer part of the package—a huge letdown. For $185 a night the room looks like a 2‑star hotel, with only a view of treetops. The front desk staff were unpleasant and unprofessional; they didn’t even tell me about the damage deposit fee, just listed the total amount upfront with no explanation. The beds were worn and sagged in the middle, causing me to fall into them at night. The coffee machine and TV remote were broken. There are cheaper options with better service, and I will definitely never stay here again.

There were many activities to enjoy, but the room was very hot because the AC wasn’t working when it was 90°F outside.

Everything was great: the location was perfect, the Plymouth Creek Athletic Club was free, the rooms were excellent, and the trails were right at my fingertips. What a place! I couldn’t stay longer, but when I get the chance I’ll come back for a month. Go Minnesota! Oh yeah, you betcha.

Easy to find and very good rooms and staff was super. F**KED up!! They NEVER booked my 1 room with 2 queen beds like I paid for. As matter of fact, you all never booked the room at ALL!! We had to get the LAST 2 rooms that were adjoining which I did NOT ask for and did NOT pay for!! SUCKS at everything, I will never recommend them to anyone
