The property’s autonomy and easy access were great, and the host’s welcome was pleasant. A small bonus was the coffee, tea, kettle, and fridge. The shared bathroom and toilet limited us in terms of timing, especially in the morning rush; it wasn’t clearly explained, so I’ll keep that in mind for future bookings.

The location was good. The host was not very welcoming and seemed to give priority to the house dog. Parking was outside the property. The room was not air‑conditioned in a very hot environment.

The hostess was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Nothing to add. You could leave without a curfew. Only the transport was an issue, but that is a city‑wide problem.

The location was great for reaching Lourdes and the centre of Tarbes. Mrs Brigitte was very kind, welcoming and ready to give information. For us Italians it was essential to have a bidet in the bathroom! :-) The only drawback was the shared bathroom and toilet facilities. Since there was a very discreet tenant with different hours, it wasn’t a problem. I hadn’t noticed the shared bathroom at the time of booking, but in the end it wasn’t an issue.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, quiet and away from the road. Two well‑equipped and pleasant rooms. I made a mistake reading the listing; I only saw the phrase “entire apartment” which misled me, I expected at least a kitchenette.
