The staff were very friendly, but the rooms had dead bugs on the walls, there was a lot of dampness, things fell apart, the shower key was loose, the shower screen fell off when trying to close it, the closet could fall at any moment, and the photos showed a different place.

The location is superb, just two blocks away you find restaurants and, most importantly, transport right at the hotel door; the walls were dirty in some areas and the shower in the bathroom had mould on the ceiling—this is far below the value, but could be improved if these details get attention and new, spotless beds are added.

The bed, breakfast and staff attention were good; however the shower was leaking at night, guests were shouting until dawn, the room was not cleaned, the bed linens were not changed, the hot water was hotter than the cold water for showering, and there was rust in the showers.

The hotel has a very good location and the staff are friendly; the price‑quality ratio does not match, and although the breakfast is good, it could be better.
