The room was clean, yet the staff were rude and offensive. After I had trouble with my reservation because of the hotel’s mistake, they rudely told me I couldn’t stay and to leave immediately; even after they admitted the error, they didn’t apologize and just became excessively polite.

La posizione è perfetta per chi arriva o parte dell'aeroporto di SFO. Hotel pulito e confortevole. Non mi aspetto un parcheggio a pagamento da un hotel che ha un parcheggio all'aperto, in una zona non centrale. Il parcheggio incide molto sul prezzo della camera lo trovo scorretto

Rom, staff. Surprisingly, when I booked I realized and was aware of the room charge, taxes and "Resort fee. But what you "bait and switched" me on, and did not include in the final total when booking on line was the appalling "$50.00 per night charge for parking. While I realize that parking can have a charge, this location is "remote" and there is not a demand for parking in this area as it is a business district, and except for your hotel , there is nothing else around to demand such and exorbitant charge. For this reason, I will never stay there again.
