The place is really well situated, and the two staff members I met were super friendly and guided me nicely on what to do; the room is a good size and comfortable. However, I stayed on the first floor and could hear footsteps from reception all night and the next morning, and the fridge was freezing everything.

The staff were great, and they even prepared coffee and small biscuits, which felt nice. The hotel is close to the city and quiet at night. There is no elevator, so you have to move your luggage yourself; the hotel is on a slope, and carrying luggage up was pretty tiring.

A cozy spot in downtown Tromso with free coffee and biscuits and a lovely living‑room! The rooms are rather small, but very comfy!
