The breakfasts and afternoon coffee were solid – everything we ate was tasty. I only got to use the heated pool and the hot tub because it was too cold for the outdoor pool that day, but the outside pool looks gorgeous and I’m planning to come back when the weather’s nicer.

The front desk staff were unbelievably friendly and quick, probably the best part of the stay, and the team of entertainers (the beer‑guy, Pink Mel and L Lala) kept the carnival vibe alive with challenges and freebies. Food was tasty, though I would have liked to see some fish on the menu, and the pool was always clean; the free coffee station was a nice perk.

The spot is convenient and the staff we met were courteous, and our room was fine; the live band during dinner was definitely the highlight. On the downside, the menu at lunch and dinner felt a bit limited, the heated pool didn’t look as clean as it should, and the pedal boat and zip‑line were both out of order, leaving not many activities to fill the day.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only drawback was seeing dogs inside the restaurant, and the place is pretty isolated up in the mountains, which might be a turn‑off for some.
