WORST EXPERIENCE. The address listed on Booking was for a very dangerous spot; I arrived late and was nearly robbed in my car. I asked to arrive at a specific time, but they told me it wasn’t possible. When I got there, no one was at reception. I had to spend a lot of money on a hotel I found on the spot, plus pay the night here… TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE.

From the start I never got a direct confirmation of the stay, only from Booking. I assumed the reservation was confirmed. They never replied to the messages I sent. When I arrived, I called the number they gave me from this site, and a gentleman answered who wasn’t working because he was hospitalized. I spent the whole morning looking for accommodations. I felt disrespected by being told at the last minute that they weren’t taking guests and being left stranded. The only good thing was that they accepted a free cancellation on my behalf. Be more careful with reservations and show more respect to customers. Thanks. Lack of communication on booking channels.

Very well located, in what we might call the old town. The room was super comfortable. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. A courtyard with tables is spectacular for having a meal or just hanging out.

A very good 3B option, clean, with a kitchen that has a microwave, kettle, and electric oven. Everything was fine.

The location is close to La Serena’s center, and the owner’s reception was very good. The proximity to Plaza de Armas was a downside (I participated in the La Serena marathon, and the start was there).
