The room had everything you could need and was very clean, with very comfortable beds. No complaints there. The on‑site restaurant is worth a try; the food was delicious (Ratatouille), reasonably priced, and the staff were extremely friendly—an anchor in these times! Thanks again. The room 1, right next to the entrance where all guests pass through, is noisy because of other guests’ careless behaviour and the door slams loudly every time. My TV was also unresponsive, which was annoying.

Conveniently located, with quick access to the regional train, S-Bahn, tram, and bus; a beautiful building with a wonderful concert hall.

The room was spacious and tidy. A small kettle and two tea glasses would have been nice.

“Schöne Zimmer und tolle Bedienung in der Gaststätte”

The service in the restaurant was very friendly. The food was excellent and still inexpensive! Our room (Coswig) was very nice. According to the booking, arrival was allowed between 14–21 h, but that didn’t seem to be the case! Check‑in was only possible from 18 h, and there was no information about a key box.
