The house was clean and cozy, and the photos matched reality. The balcony in the room was missing; it was a shared one in the corridor. The main takeaway: all agreements with this place should be made exclusively through the platform and never rely on verbal arrangements directly with the host. The listing says pets are allowed, but the pet fee was not fixed: we were asked for an extra charge of about a third of the stay cost. Another family staying there at the same time was also asked for a third (but from the four‑person rate)—so the amount is calculated as a percentage of the stay cost, then negotiated as needed. The host actively encouraged direct negotiations outside the platform. We arranged an extra day directly with her, but the restriction on booking that day for other guests wasn’t enforced: another booking appeared for the same period, forcing us to leave earlier than planned. According to other guests, similar situations have happened before. Therefore, I recommend not relying on verbal agreements and always formalize changes through the platform. At the end of the stay, we were separately asked to leave a good review, but given the situation, I think it’s better to honestly share my experience. The main problem for us was that trying to negotiate directly led to a situation where we had to urgently change plans and leave early.

I was shocked when the host, who begged for a review, told us not to eat in the shared kitchen because the food was expensive and would dirty the expensive parquet. We had two kids, one with CP, and it was a hassle to bring him up to the first‑floor kitchen. After paying, we avoided the kitchen during the day and the host kept reminding us not to move the chairs on the floor. It ruined the mood, so I’d advise everyone to steer clear of this place.
