Breakfast was great but I would suggest 2 or more waffle machines, 1 does not work. Food was good and fresh and the staff was always attentive. Our room service was minimally done; floors were left unswept and counters throughout were not wiped, no soap in the dispenser

The location was perfect, a 5‑minute walk to the convention center; plenty of food choices nearby including in their bar; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

From the smooth check‑in to the check‑out, everything at this hotel felt top‑level. Sarah, Mila, and the valet were all very professional and provided excellent service, making us feel truly welcomed. The room was immaculate and the beds were super comfy, so I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a comfortable stay with an outstanding team.

The whole stay, from check‑in to check‑out, was flawless. Sarah and Mila delivered great professionalism and outstanding customer care, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The valet that night was very helpful with our early‑morning departure. The room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy stay with a stellar team.
