The noise level from other guests. Past 12 midnight people were still making a noise
“Our facilitator had a great stay. He loved everything about it. So would book it again.”
The place is in a safe area, not far from the mall and transport, easily accessible, and it looks exactly as it does in the pictures. I booked it for our facilitator, and he loved everything about the place—nothing to complain about.

The owner and staff were all friendly, and there was nothing negative to mention.
I spent the weekend of 11 Sep 2026 in Room 13 at Rabi Guesthouse for two nights, and it was a complete disaster. As a returning paying guest, I expected better treatment, but the customer service vanished and the management seemed indifferent to guest comfort. The bed was in awful condition; I asked if it could be swapped, but they ignored me and left me sleeping on a tiny, separated bed while my husband had to lie on the edge of the same uncomfortable one. At 9:00 am, housekeeping literally burst open our door without knocking and walked right in, offering no apology for this huge privacy breach. The room had no maintenance and was missing basic amenities: a broken toilet seat, a broken kettle, and no cutlery at all. My husband and I had a terrible experience, with poor service and an uncomfortable stay. Save your money—pay R855.00 elsewhere. I can never recommend this place to anyone.
