The location was perfect for us; the room had everything we needed and the e‑bikes fit well. Breakfast provided everything for a good start to the day. Around 22 o’clock the hot water at the bath was gone, probably because there was no circulation.

Everything was great – the hosts were very friendly and the room was lovely. Every morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with fresh rolls and tasty cakes. Everything fit perfectly, and we’ll definitely return. 😊

Breakfast was perfect, with everything included, even cakes available from the start. The location is fantastic, but you should bring bikes so you don’t have to rely solely on a car 🚗. The nearest shop is at least 30 minutes on foot, and Schliersee takes at least 45 minutes. Many other beautiful spots in the area are easily reachable. No complaints!

The room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. The family and staff were very friendly. We arrived by car and trailer, and the trailer found a spot. We’ll gladly come back. Nothing disappointed us.

We really liked it. A very nice modern place, quietly located with a large parking area. We had a big attic room with a balcony. Good facilities: modern furnishings, kitchenette with stove, fridge, coffee machine, etc., and a large bathroom. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was within arm’s reach, with a wide selection and fresh rolls and bread from the in‑house bakery. Every day there were several kinds of pastries and cakes. The Gritscher family is warm and friendly, and Mrs. Gritscher takes time each day for a pleasant chat. We felt at home in this family atmosphere and will return.
