The Wi‑Fi in the room was awful, the windows faced the street and at certain times there was a lot of noise, and it was unpleasant to see other guests eating, drinking or sitting on the floor right outside the hotel entrance.

The staff were polite and attentive, the minibar, air conditioning, and shower were great, the location was privileged, breakfast was complete and delicious, the cleaning was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable—great value for money. However, the facilities were old, especially the bathroom: the floor was worn, the sink had cracks, the ceiling paint was peeling, and the bathroom door was damaged, though it didn’t affect usage because everything was clean.
