The staff are very friendly. We booked a room with airport pickup, but suddenly the pickup was no longer included and we had to pay extra for the air conditioning, which was already mandatory. Watch out for the pricing!

The staff were super friendly, especially Isabella who made us feel right at home. Everything was handled with a smile and a genuine warmth.
