The reception staff Ms Abby and Julian, security Abo, baker Chekizi, and Ashraf were all very friendly, the food was tasty, the restaurant good, and housekeeping was appreciated

Thanks to Mr Kahn and Mr Julian for being the best staff—very friendly—and the location is great; the hotel has recently been renovated, but some rooms are close to AC or motor units and can get quite loud
