The view was excellent, the staff were very good, and the food was superb; the only downside was the check‑in time.

After booking, an extra 1000 was still charged.

The spot is great with a valley view, but the rooms were filthy, bath towels were only hand‑towel sized, and none of the TVs worked. I called reception repeatedly all day yet they never charged me for the dish. The bathtub was in a ruinous state, the washbasin was broken, and the flush was leaking. When I asked for an extra pillow and blanket, housekeeping said none were available. Overall, the housekeeping and maintenance were poor, and the swimming pool water had an offensive smell.

We were disappointed: the room wasn’t clean, service was slow and unresponsive, and the whole experience didn’t justify the price. We felt like unwanted guests. When we asked for a room change, they were ready to charge extra. Basic amenities were poorly maintained, hurting our comfort. The food was awful, and breakfast was nothing special.
