The furnishings and staff were great, I would definitely return anytime.

We requested a room with two separate beds. When we arrived, no one was there; we called and were given the combination to get the keys. The place was a mess, with mattresses strewn across the hallways and a terrible smell. Inside the room, there was only one double bed.

Almost everything was fine and the staff were friendly, but my guest Martina mentioned that the room was cold even with the heat set to maximum.
