The location is good, but the room was in poor condition with old furniture, the bathroom basin leaked even after a temporary fix, and the towels looked old and unclean.

The room was fine, but the staff were awful. They demanded a 1,000‑dirham deposit even though the booking policy said otherwise. When I said no, they wouldn’t give me the key or parking pass. I ended up paying an extra 500 dirhams for cleaning and services that weren’t mentioned at the start.
